Located in the heart of District 2, The Brix restaurant is designed as a tropical resort island. It features a refreshing swimming pool and a lush, vibrant forest area.
Materials such as ceiling wood and foundation tiles were chosen in the design based on traditional Vietnamese materials, taking the country‘s industrial period as an idea.
Inside the restaurant, there is also a Momentum Living exhibition room, with a minimalist design following a classic trend. The harmonious combination of bright and dark colors creates an elegant and sophisticated ambiance.

Saigon Horeca, the city’s premier supplier of top-notch kitchen and bar equipment, has become the backbone of THE BRIX’s culinary haven. The cooking area is an important space in most restaurants, and the interior design should ensure convenience and comfort, allowing chefs to unleash their creativity in culinary arts.
From the receiving and pre-processing area to storage, cooking, plating, and dishwashing, we have arranged each section according to food safety standards, making it convenient for staff during operations.
The food preparation and storage area includes sinks, refrigerators, freezers, and wall-mounted shelves.
The main kitchen area features a deep fryer, a 6-burner stove, a griddle, an oven, and an exhaust hood.

The design incorporates natural lighting through a sealed roof, providing a pleasant atmosphere and avoiding the stuffiness of a closed space.
Pastry Area
In the 18-square-meter space, we have carefully planned and optimized the layout of the pastry equipment, ensuring the smooth process from kneading and shaping dough to proofing, storing, and baking, resulting in aromatic and skillfully crafted pastries by the hands of the chefs, with the assistance of specialized equipment provided by Saigon Horeca.
The pastry equipment at The Brix includes ingredient storage cabinets, display refrigerators, dough sheeters, pastry ovens, and other specialized stainless-steel appliances.
