GodMother Friendship

Brunch is a combination of breakfast and lunch. GodMother Friendship was established in 2019. When there were no restaurants in Saigon following this concept, it was built to introduce a completely new culinary style.

With certain successes, at the end of 2020, GodMother created the next version located in Friendship Tower, District 1. The interior design concept of the restaurant combines a half-classical and half-modern style. The arrangement is heavily influenced by European and American styles, creating an incredibly luxurious and elegant space.

GodMother Friendship quickly attracted the attention of young people and celebrities due to its emphasis on both the quality and aesthetics of the food and drinks. Each dish is meticulously crafted, with carefully calculated formulas and a harmonious combination of ingredients to create healthy and low-fat options. The presentation of the dishes carries a distinct Western style.

The design idea of GodMother Friendship

Inside GodMother, there are four functional areas: the kitchen, the bar counter, and the dining area for customers to dine in. Additionally, GodMother has a Kiosk counter located in front of the Friendship Tower lobby, serving takeaway beverages and quick bites.

The cooperation between Saigon Horeca and GodMother Friendship

For GodMother Friendship, the project developer HypeAsia chose Saigon Horeca as the consulting, designing, and full installation supplier for the Kitchen, Bar Counter, and Kiosk of the restaurant.

The kitchen area includes equipment such as double deep fryers, flat grills, a 6-burner European stove with an oven, a salamander oven, refrigerators, freezers, and other specialized stainless steel equipment.

The bar counter and Kiosk are equipped with cocktail counters, refrigerators, freezers, ice chests, and sinks.

In particular, we only import specialized equipment such as European stoves, fryers, refrigerators, and freezers for GodMother. As for stainless steel equipment such as sinks, cocktail counters, ice chests, etc., Saigon Horeca has its own production workshop, which allows us to offer competitive prices to customers.
