The design concept of Little Bear

The kitchen design of Little Bear is a fusion of minimalism, modernity, and sophistication. Saigon Horeca used mainly stainless steel materials, making Little Bear’s kitchen a professional and convenient workspace for chefs.

Utilize a square kitchen space with limited area.
Ensure the kitchen has full functionality for both European and Asian cuisine.
Provide a spacious working area for chefs to unleash their creativity.

Within the limited canvas of Little Bear’s square kitchen, Saigon Horeca orchestrated a symphony of functionality and flair. Industrial regulations danced seamlessly with culinary freedom, thanks to meticulously designed ventilation, optimized storage, and an ergonomic layout that empowered chefs. Every detail, from gleaming stainless steel to strategically placed shelves, whispered efficiency. More than just a workspace, this kitchen transcended the mundane, becoming an incubator for culinary artistry. - Located on the left side of the workspace, symbolizing the warmth and passion of the kitchen.
- Equipped with high-quality cooking appliances to create delicious dishes.

Saigon Horeca's DNA is evident in the artistic design of the bar counter

Plating and bar counter:
- Open bar counter directly opposite the cooking area, allowing diners to witness the chefs’ culinary artistry.

- Large refrigerators and freezers on the left wing of the kitchen ensure freshness of ingredients.
- Utilizes renowned brands such as Fujimak and Hoshizaki for reliability and performance.
