Saigon Horeca has intricately designed the kitchen for Bambino, imbuing it with the distinctive DNA of Saigon Horeca, characterized by convenience in both self-produced and directly imported equipment from Italy. This design creates a workspace within the kitchen that resonates strongly with the Italian essence.

During the initial brainstorming stage, Saigon Horeca engaged in extensive discussions and analysis to gain a profound understanding of Bambino’s unique requirements and operational essentials. Through a collaborative effort, Saigon Horeca’s team closely interacted with Bambino’s stakeholders, exploring the intricacies of the restaurant’s culinary preferences, workflow dynamics, and spatial needs. This joint approach was centered on fostering a comprehensive grasp of the partner’s vision, enabling the development of a bespoke and streamlined kitchen design.

Saigon Horeca’s expertise ensured that the kitchen design adhered to industry standards and regulations while fostering an environment that encouraged culinary innovation. Our attention to detail encompassed ventilation systems, storage solutions, ergonomic considerations, and workflow optimization, culminating in a functional yet visually appealing kitchen space.

Ultimately, Saigon Horeca’s consultancy and design services for the restaurant’s kitchen environment that not only supported the restaurant’s operational needs but also became an integral part of its identity—an incubator for culinary excellence and experimentation.

Elegent kitchen ambiance

Saigon Horeca has intricately designed the kitchen for Bambino, imbuing it with the distinctive DNA of Saigon Horeca, characterized by convenience in both self-produced and directly imported equipment from Italy. This design creates a workspace within the kitchen that resonates strongly with the Italian essence.

Following discussions with the chefs, Saigon Horeca carefully selected equipment to meet the restaurant’s desires and menu specifications. Notably, the introduction of hot kitchen equipment from ATA in Italy and pasta-making machines from Lamonferrina serves as highly attractive focal points.

Furthermore, Saigon Horeca meticulously chose renowned HOSHIZAKI for the refrigeration equipment throughout the bar area and cold kitchen. This selection reflects a commitment to quality and precision in design, aligning seamlessly with Bambino’s culinary vision.

At Bambino Superclub, the Bartender’s workspace spans a 23-square-meter bar counter. The Front Bar, thoughtfully organized, features top-tier refrigeration by Fujimak. Three tables, including 900mm and 1500mm refrigerated tables, maintain freshness for mixology. SGH’s stainless steel 304 cabinets, designed with finesse, offer versatile functionality for efficient mixology.

The bar area, enhanced by SGH’s design, provides a unique space for counter enthusiasts. Drip trays run seamlessly, blending with stainless steel’s luster. Additionally, a dedicated space in the Front Bar boasts a Hoshizaki ice-making machine, producing 220kg of high-quality ice daily. Accompanying this is the Winterhalter glass washing system, ensuring swift cycles of approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds to meet the demands of our discerning patrons, reflecting our commitment to efficient and quality service
