Gành Hào
– Where the Spirit of the Sea Meets Architecture
Gành Hào Restaurant – a name familiar to anyone who loves the seafood cuisine of Vũng Tàu. Perhaps the greatest inspiration for Gành Hào is the sea itself. From the very first glance, the architecture resembles an overturned basket boat – a familiar sight from the fishing villages along Vietnam’s coast.
It is this harmony – between the modern and the traditional – that creates the unmistakable charm of Gành Hào.
When Tradition Meets Modernity in the Space of Gành Hào Mũi Đá
Located at 09 Hạ Long Street, near the passenger ferry terminal, Gành Hào features a unique arch-shaped roof made from aluminum panels, blending seamlessly with modern glass facades. It resembles a gleaming silver ship anchored amidst the waves, ready to welcome seafood lovers and admirers of beauty.

Each curve, each metallic hue reflects the sunlight, creating the sensation that the building is alive, moving in sync with the breath of the ocean. The reflections of the sunlight evoke seashells, fish scales, and other elements that carry the soul of the sea. It is not just the beauty of the shape, but also the way the designer has embedded the spirit of the ocean into every line, every arch, and every stretch of glass that welcomes the sunlight, the breeze, and the salty scent of the sea.

Stepping into Gành Hào, you are welcomed into a storytelling space, where every corner and every dish evokes tales of the sea and distant journeys. The gentle sound of waves serves as a soothing background, calming your soul and allowing you to connect with the natural surroundings and the atmosphere here. The architecture is not flashy or overwhelming, but quietly embodies Eastern heritage while showcasing refinement and creativity in every detail.
Inside, a spacious area welcomes the sunlight and sea breeze, where each meal is not only delicious but also full of emotion. Whether it’s a cozy family dinner or an elegant gathering, Gành Hào is always the perfect choice.
The restaurant space is divided into several areas: the ground floor is for coffee, breakfast, and lunch; the first and second floors serve seafood dishes and Vietnamese rice meals. The open design with large glass windows allows diners to enjoy their meals while taking in the vast sea views and feeling the refreshing sea breeze.
Not only a place to enjoy the finest fresh seafood, but with a team of experienced chefs, the restaurant offers more than 100 diverse dishes, from fresh seafood to traditional meals, catering to a wide range of tastes. Gành Hào also wins over diners with its traditional yet refined atmosphere, offering a sense of warmth and elegance.

To maintain high service quality and ensure optimal daily operation, Gành Hào has trusted Saigon Horeca as the designer and builder of the industrial kitchen system for its entire restaurant chain.
Saigon Horeca – The Creators of Kitchen Spaces, Preserving the Soul of Culinary Arts
Few people know that behind each dish served at Gành Hào is a professionally run kitchen system, where chefs can work flexibly, safely, and efficiently. With a high volume of customers every day, especially during holidays and Tết, Gành Hào’s kitchen system needs to be not only modern but also durable, scientific, and easy to operate.
Saigon Horeca worked closely with Gành Hào to develop a design that suits the restaurant’s specific dishes and service process, including areas for seafood preparation, hot cooking, stir-frying, charcoal grilling, steaming, and boiling, as well as an effective smoke extraction and odor control system to ensure a clean, well-ventilated workspace.

Streamlined – Efficient – With the Mark of the Sea
A unique feature of this project is the combination of modern technology with local inspiration. The kitchen space still embodies the essence of the “sea” – with operations centered around fresh ingredients, quick processing times, while preserving the original flavors.
Saigon Horeca selected industrial gas stoves, integrated stir-fry pans, 3-tier steamers, stone grills, industrial refrigerators, and multi-compartment sinks – all arranged in a scientific layout that maximizes space while ensuring full functionality.
In a place where the sea breeze blows day and night, with high humidity and salty air posing significant challenges for metal equipment, Saigon Horeca researched and implemented anti-rust solutions, optimized heat dissipation, and reduced noise levels, ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and remains friendly to the staff who work behind the culinary scenes.

With this project, Saigon Horeca not only delivered an industrial kitchen system but also contributed to maintaining and enhancing the dining experience at a special location in Vũng Tàu. We are proud to partner with Gành Hào – a place that not only preserves the soul of the sea through its dishes but also reflects meticulous attention to detail in every behind-the-scenes step.
