Dự Án Vĩnh Hiệp – Coffee Lab
Where Every Space Narrates a Story of Quality
In the coffee industry, quality lies not only in the coffee beans – but also in how people respect and honor their value. For Vinh Hiep, Vietnam's #1 green coffee exporter in the 2023–2024 crop year, every space in the factory is not merely an operational area but also part of the brand story when welcoming global partners.
The Coffee Lab – Vinh Hiep Export Coffee Processing Plant project is one of the standout projects clearly reflecting that philosophy. And Saigon Horeca was chosen not to
The Coffee Lab at Vinh Hiep does not only serve internal purposes. It is a place to welcome international delegations, trade partners, coffee experts, and simultaneously a space to showcase the processes, aesthetic taste, and operational standards of a leading export enterprise.
This poses a very high requirement: The space must be functionally precise, technically standard, yet simultaneously refined in imagery and emotion. Every detail – from the kitchen, processing area, to the cupping table – must contribute to telling the story of quality and meticulousness.
The benchmark of lean foodservice operations
Unlike conventional canteen kitchens, the kitchen that Saigon Horeca consulted for Vinh Hiep was oriented from the start as a kitchen serving the leadership and senior staff at the factory.
The kitchen space is organized with a compact – precise – absolutely clean mindset, using premium electric kitchen equipment to ensure safety, good temperature control, and suitability for a modern factory environment. The processing area integrates a 3-burner electric Asian stove, an electric European stove, and food warming equipment, allowing flexible operation while maintaining tidiness and standards.
In parallel, the prep area is designed like a miniature
In this project, Saigon Horeca does not chase equipment quantity but focuses on operational logic, so every movement in the kitchen is seamless, time-saving, and reduces pressure on the user.
Operational efficiency for modern institutional catering
High capacity, rapid turnaround, and robust operational stability.
Alongside the executive private kitchen, Saigon Horeca also consulted on and implemented the factory staff canteen — a facility demanding high volume, rapid throughput, and uncompromising reliability.
In industrial manufacturing facilities, staff meals must be dispatched with punctuality, precise portioning, and balanced nutrition. Saigon Horeca deployed high-capacity Asian cooking ranges, automated electric stockpot boiling pans, multi-tier rice steamers, and continuous hot-holding banqueting stations.
The entire operation is structured in a seamless, closed-loop one-way workflow, eliminating cross-traffic, reducing ticket times, and maximizing service throughput.
When Stainless Steel Becomes the Brand's Visual Language
A focal highlight of the project is the experiential showroom pavilion — where Vinh Hiep welcomes visiting delegations and showcases the profound heritage of Vietnamese coffee.
Display-grade premium stainless steel
All coffee processing and service equipment features premium stainless steel with refined, cohesive finishes — eschewing rigid industrial harshness.
Color-plated stainless steel coffee cupping table
Anchoring the space is a professional coffee cupping table, fabricated entirely from PVD-coated stainless steel matched precisely to the Vinh Hiep brand identity.
Engineering – Aesthetics – Narrative
This is not merely a cupping counter, but a visual manifesto — where engineering, aesthetics, and brand narrative converge in harmony.
Solution-Driven Mindset, Beyond Merely Equipment
In the Vinh Hiep project, Saigon Horeca did not approach it as a mere supplier. Each item was placed within a larger question: Who does this space serve? How will it operate? And what does it contribute to the brand image?
From the kitchen system for leadership to the Coffee Lab display, everything is connected by a common philosophy: premium commercial kitchens are not only for cooking but also for showcasing the standards of a major enterprise.
Not flashy, not excessive, but refined enough for international partners to step in and immediately understand: this is a leading coffee export factory – serious, standardized, and full of identity.
